Molecular Beer Printers

Belgian beverage startup Bar.on developed the world's first molecular beer printer capable of creating many different kinds of beers in a matter of seconds. This technology makes the most of molecular-level flavor compounds to create different styles of beer in a way that uses water from the tap. Thanks to this way of making beer with innovative molecular recipes and dispensing technology, Bar.on caters to all beer drinkers with customizations that can be made to a beer's percentage, bitterness, sweetness and more.
The One Tap prototype can make everything from blond and brown beers to IPAs and even non-alcoholic varieties. A version of the One Tap for pubs and bars, called One Tap Pro, is currently being developed and it is expected to be field tested later this year.
